This philosophy underscores the importance of addressing the emotional and psychological aspects of health to facilitate comprehensive healing.

In my practice, it's apparent that the majority of physical symptoms presented by patients have a connection with emotions. This isn't just a theoretical concept but a reality that unfolds daily in the clinic. The heart, in TCM, is not just a physical organ but a symbol of emotional and spiritual well-being.
